Domain: Workspaces

Workspaces are the primary isolation boundary for day-to-day operations in ConversionIQ.

A workspace represents a brand/business unit environment with its own:

  • user access controls
  • connected channels
  • knowledge bases
  • app configurations (Comment Responder, Chatti Live)
  • compliance policies
  • Workspace data must not be visible across workspaces without explicit cross-workspace admin permissions.
  • Connected channels and credentials must be scoped to a single workspace (unless enterprise explicitly supports shared connectors).
  • All automation settings are workspace-scoped.
  • Owns membership and role assignments (via org-level IAM).
  • Owns routing rules between channels and apps.
  • Owns default brand voice policy references (via KBs).
