This area is for non-canonical product thinking, ideation, future planning, and preserved conversation outcomes that are worth keeping but are not yet approved as platform contract.

Use this tree for:

• future-facing product ideas
• research notes and tradeoff framing
• concept explorations that should not yet change canonical route or domain docs
• distilled outcomes from important agent or stakeholder conversations
• promotion candidates for later movement into canonical docs

Do not use this tree for:

• approved route behavior
• authoritative domain rules
• API or workflow contracts
• recovery-critical documentation

If material here becomes authoritative:

1. Promote it into the correct canonical area such as docs/routes/**, docs/domains/**, docs/architecture/**, docs/api/**, or docs/workflows/**.
2. Update links so the canonical document becomes the source of truth.
3. Keep this area as historical ideation or remove outdated content when it no longer adds value.
